Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled manufacturing supervisor to join our team as a mold production expert.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for completing work orders correctly, ensuring order quantities are met prior to taking a tool off the machine.
- Responsible for all productivity, scrap, and rework within assigned production areas.
- Participate in creating work instructions for standardization and repeated success.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing-related experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic math computations.
Work Environment
The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, and be comfortable with shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, heat, and cold.
