Bilingual ReceptionistJob Description:
The Receptionist facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks in a professional manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
· Welcomes and directs customers and clients.
· Maintains filing systems as assigned.
· Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
· Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments.
· Schedule appointments, identify customer needs.
· Establish customer relationships & follow up with customers as needed.
· Use customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about products and services.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Must be proficient in Excel.
· Must be bilingual.
· Ability to work independently.
Must be a TEAM player.
Education and Experience:
· Experience in an administrative role highly preferred.
· Must have experience operation standard office equipment. i.e. copier, fax, scanner
· Previous administrative office experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
