Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in a retail environment
- Represent clients and promote their products and services through direct sales and marketing efforts
- Build lasting relationships with clients, team members, and management
- Execute local marketing campaigns and assist with in-store promotions
- Present customized solutions and close sales to meet client goals
- Track and report individual and team sales results
- Contribute to team development and help build a high-performance sales culture
