Opportunity Details
- Position: Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
- Setting: Hospital
- Location: Guymon, OK
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: 8 weeks
- Schedule: 36-hour work week (flexible scheduling)
- Shift: Nights (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage patient treatment plans, including administering inhalants, operating ventilators, therapeutic gas apparatus, and aerosol generators.
- Perform bronchopulmonary drainage, assist with breathing exercises, and monitor physiological responses such as vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry.
- Assess and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to coordinate discharge planning and ongoing care.
- Provide recommendations for assistive equipment and outpatient/home health programs.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma State Respiratory Therapy License (RRT or CRT)
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- NBRC Registration (Preferred)
- Minimum of two years’ experience in LTAC and/or ICU settings
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
