What You'll Do :
- Territory Engagement : Proactively engage with homeowners in your assigned territory through community outreach, including direct in-person contact, to identify roofing needs and generate leads.
- Account Management : Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, consistently meeting and exceeding your sales goals.
- Consultative Sales : Guide homeowners through the entire process by understanding their needs and offering expert roofing solutions.
- Lead Management : Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate client information within our CRM system.
- Negotiation & Closing : Work closely with clients to negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
