What You'll Do :
Customer Prospecting : Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients in your assigned territory. Consistently meet and exceed your sales goals.
Consultative Sales : Guide homeowners through the entire process, understanding their needs and offering expert roofing solutions.
Lead Management : Track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate client information within our CRM system.
Negotiation & Closing : Work closely with clients to negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Industry Expertise : Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous training, certifications and team collaboration.

Who We're Looking For :
Sales Experience : Proven success in outside sales (roofing or similar industries is a plus).
