Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain an organized office environment and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Support office management tasks as needed, including maintaining records and reports.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and management of client information.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
