Your journey starts as a Sales Recruiter where you will :
- Formulate effective recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate candidates, matching them with clients' needs. Training will be provided in sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Negotiate salaries and related details, helping candidates understand job openings that align with their qualifications now and in the future.
- Manage contract employees while learning from Sales Managers about target identification and territory management.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and accurately document processes in our CRM and ATS systems.
- Ensure completion of pre-employment processes.
