Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated On-site Part-time Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing residential properties, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of the property. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Duties
- Assist in the management of property leasing processes, including tenant screenings and lease agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support property maintenance efforts by coordinating repairs and maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on administrative tasks
Experience
- Minimum previous experience in property management is preferred.
- Familiarity with property leasing processes and maintenance operations
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build positive relationships with tenants.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with residents and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to live on-site 3 bedroom 2 bathroom double wide $750/month rent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
