Our ideal candidate for the full-time Leasing Specialist position is a passionate, motivated and engaging team player with strong sales and communication skills. A Leasing Specialist at RHO Residential is responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals including leases, move-ins, renewals, resident services and engagement.
Qualifications
· Highly developed customer service skills
· Leasing or sales experience
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Yardi (or other property management software)
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Property management experience (preferred)
· Valid driver's license
· Flexibility to work weekend hours
