About The Role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be a crucial part of our growth engine, supporting the revenue organization with operational excellence, data-driven insights, and strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize processes, implement systems, and drive efficiency across the revenue funnel. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our business trajectory while working at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable operational processes and workflows across the revenue organization.
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, optimizing the CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer success activitie.s
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights on key performance metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rate.s
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop and implement lead management processes.
- Manage the tech stack for the revenue organization, evaluating new tools and ensuring proper integration.
- Lead our AI strategy in new tool assessment and implementation.
- 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or similar roles.
- Proven experience with Salesforce
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Track record of supporting high-octane revenue organizations between $50M - $200M in revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools
- Experience with marketing analytics and attribution models
- Knowledge of financial services or fintech industry

Salary : $145,000 - $164,000
