Rhoades McKee is seeking an attorney with experience handling natural resources matters under federal and state law, including permitting, administrative appeals, and enforcement associated with wetlands, riparian rights, sand dunes, and similar matters. Experience with other environmental projects such as due diligence, site remediation, regulatory compliance, brownfield redevelopment, insurance claims and disputes, environmental audits, litigation and other dispute resolution is also desirable, although not required.
