**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Prior Director-level leadership and strategic planning experience
- Supervisory management experience in multi-location operations
- Supervisory management experience with multi-level managers
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and HVAC experience
- Superior analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate complicated financial information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and v-lookups/pivot tables
