Key Responsibilities

- Implement business strategies that align with short- and long-term objectives developed with the CEO.
- Monitor performance and take corrective measures when necessary, preparing detailed updates and forecasts.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice, manage the HVAC division, and implement strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Execute and develop business plans to build and increase sales, operational excellence, competitive advantage, brand awareness, customer engagement, market share, and profitability.
- Continuously improve processes used to deliver outputs.
- Motivate and mentor direct reports, fostering leadership talent and succession planning.
