Warehouse Associate

Rhoback is looking for an upbeat, organized, punctual individual with a strong work ethic and experience in stocking and receiving. This individual will be responsible for receiving shipments, inventory accuracy, organization, and movement. This is a critical role that supports our fulfillment team’s operations. Rhoback is a fast-growing e-commerce apparel brand, and we are looking for someone who can keep growing with us.

This role is based in Charlottesville, VA. This is a Monday through Friday position that requires weekend flexibility during our busy seasons. Position will start immediately.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


• Receive shipments from our manufacturers and third-party vendors.


• Organize, sort, stow, and replenish goods in an accurate and efficient manner.


• Replenish all packing supplies as needed: corrugate, tape, labels, etc.


• Identify discrepancies of quantity, quality, and other errors and communicate them with the Warehouse Manager.


• Re-tag, re-bag, re-label, and prep product for fulfillment where necessary.


• Perform routine audits of inventory levels, including cycle counts, to maintain highest levels of inventory accuracy.


• Assist with daily box break-down / recycling / and garbage disposal.


• Identify areas of improvement and communicate them to leadership.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail; organizing and accuracy.


• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multi-task and/or change tasks frequently.


• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.


• Basic computer skills (RF-scanner skills a plus).


• Positive, energetic spirit and team player.


• Ability to operate a pallet jack.

Physical requirements::

• Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving items.


• Must be able to lift to 60lbs.


• Ability to safely use ladders.


• Standing for 8 hours.

Job Type: Hourly.

Hourly: $18 per hour.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager.

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Some Weekends May Be Required (Holiday & Sale Season.)
