Position Overview
The division of Administration and Finance is responsible for financial and budgetary systems and processes, information services, human resources, security and safety, facilities and operations, publishing services, and capital projects for a 47 building, 180-acre campus.
The Accounting Office collects and maintains the College’s financial data and prepares the year-end financial statements in conformity with Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The office performs general accounting, disbursement, non-student billing and collection as well as cash management activities.
Primary Purpose
Serve as a senior financial officer for the College responsible for the following : external and internal financial reporting, coordination of the College’s business offices, maintaining integrated administrative systems, developing and maintaining acceptable levels of administrative and internal control, and devising and implementing the best acceptable business practices.
