Web Content Editor
We are looking for a Web Content Editor to manage and maintain the overall look, feel, and relevance of our website. This role involves editing, proofreading, and publishing content, ensuring that our website remains engaging and well-structured, and optimized for SEO.
This is a part-time, remote-friendly position with the Rhode Island Council on Problem Gambling.
Key Responsibilities: * Manage, edit, and publish website content using WordPress / Elementor (admin-level, no development required). * Ensure all content is relevant, well-written, and optimized for SEO. * Oversee submissions, proofreading for accuracy and brand alignment. * Work cross-functionally with contributors to ensure high-quality content. * Design and create engaging graphics , managing both content and layout. * Qualifications: * Experience with WordPress (admin-level). * Strong editing, proofreading, and content creation skills. * Experience designing and formatting newsletters (preferred).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
