Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the locker rooms and common areas in accordance with our high standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our members and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, including bathrooms, lounge area, fitness center, squash courts, and changing areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells.
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Maintain golf shoes and other shoes
- Offer complete hospitality and concierge service including food and beverage needs, off-site service for dry cleaning, and other helpful duties
- Conduct custodial tasks as needed, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to member or guest requests or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Golf knowledge or experience preferred.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Skills in hospitality and customer service are required.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards are essential for success in this role.
