Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing residential construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor job sites for quality control and adherence to plans and safety standards
- Assist with material procurement and deliveries
- Maintain project documentation and track progress
- Tow trailers with construction materials and equipment (or be willing to learn)
- Support senior project managers in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to tow trailers (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
