Key Responsibilities and Game Day Duties
Capture proof of performance photos for partner activations, including:

Key Responsibilities and Game Day Duties
Capture proof of performance photos for partner activations, including:
- Fan Fest
- LED Boards
- Games/Cams
- Hospitality Areas
- Beer Garden
- Signage
Assist with partner activations, such as:
- Centreville Crossbar Challenge
- California Taco Shop Taco Shuffle
- Breeze Seat Upgrade
- Support Fan-Fest activities:
- Check in with partners during matches.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of activations.
Offseason/Office Duties
- Conduct research for new partnership opportunities using tools like Business Journals, LinkedIn, and SponsorUnited.
- Support current partner management by researching announcements, milestones, and celebrations.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials for partner recaps, renewals, and proposals.
- Help track ROI for current partnerships and brainstorm new partner assets.
- Review and manage partner assets, including broadcast content on NESN/ESPN .
- Assist in the planning and execution of partner events, including the Annual Partner Summit and hospitality programs.
- Coordinate logistics for partner activations and events.
- Contribute to competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible to receive college credit.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with research tools like LinkedIn, SponsorUnited, or similar platforms is a plus.
- A passion for sports, marketing, and community engagement.
- Availability to work on game days, including evenings and weekends.
