Position Overview
The Reconstruction Foreman is responsible for leading and overseeing the field operations of reconstruction projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on quality control. The Reconstruction Foreman is accountable for managing the daily operations on job sites, supervising the work of technicians, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project.
Primary Responsibilities
- Leadership and Supervision
- Serve as the primary authority on job sites, overseeing the work of field technicians and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, technical knowledge, and a strong work ethic.
- Verify and monitor the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by technicians on job sites.
- Training and Development
- Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to subcontractors’, ensuring that they follow company standards, policies, and safety protocols.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and collaborate with the Reconstruction Director / Project Manager to create training opportunities.
- Job Site Management
- Coordinate daily field operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed within established timelines and budgets.
- Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring that it meets or exceeds company and industry standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols on all job sites and resolve any potential hazards promptly.
- Collaboration with Reconstruction Director / Project Manager
- Work closely with the Reconstruction Director / Project Manager to plan, assign, and allocate resources for each job site.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing equipment, tools, and materials required for projects.
- Take responsibility for the daily operations in the absence of the Reconstruction Director / Project Manager, ensuring continuity in project execution and resource management.
- Subcontractor Oversight
- Take full responsibility for managing and guiding subcontractors on-site, ensuring they are completing tasks effectively and on schedule.
- Resolve minor disputes regarding scope change, address client concerns, and make critical decisions as necessary on job sites. Using your discretion on when to notify project managers or Reconstruction Director.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Complete all required documentation for job sites, including daily progress reports, incident reports, and equipment usage logs.
- Job site inspections checklists, producing progress photos and completion reports.
- Provide regular updates to the Reconstruction Director / Project Manager regarding project progress, job site activities, and contractors performance.

Pay: $58,240.00 - $66,560.00 per year
