Position Overview:
Rhode Island Restoration, Inc. is seeking a motivated, self-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based pay structure. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating roofing sales referrals and identifying new project opportunities for the company. This role provides a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to work independently and manage your schedule while contributing to the growth of RIR’s roofing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new roofing sales leads through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients interested in roofing services, guiding them through the sales process.
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the RIR team to ensure seamless project execution from lead generation to project completion.
- Track and report on sales activities, including leads, referrals, and closed deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the roofing industry or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in generating leads and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to understand roofing products and services, and communicate those effectively to clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
- Previous experience as an independent Representative or in a similar sales role is preferred.
Representative Status:
- This is a 1099 independent Representative position, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
- This role provides flexibility with the ability to work remotely and set your own schedule.
- This is a commission-based role; compensation is based solely on the successful generation of roofing sales.
