What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crusher/Screener Operator position at Rhodehouse Construction Inc.?
```Duties:```
- Operate heavy equipment such as a crusher, material screener, bulldozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers and water trucks to assist with various construction projects and operating one of our gravel, sand and cinder pit
- Perform tasks such as moving and stocking materials, safe operation of screener and or crusher plants and loading customer and company trucks with pit materials.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment such as greasing equipment daily
- Follow company and MSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
```Requirements:```
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders, water trucks, excavators, skid steers , crusher and material screening plant, tests maybe giving to prove experience
- Proficient in tasks such as safely loading customer and company trucks
- Mechanical knowledge to perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
