MVA Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary:
Rhodes Chiropractic is seeking a motivated and personable MVA Outreach Coordinator to build and maintain relationships with local providers, attorneys, and community organizations to increase referrals for motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases. This role emphasizes professional networking, education, and the development of mutually beneficial partnerships while adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

This is a part-time role (20-25hrs/week) that could be flexible around the right candidate's schedule. Optional days are MTWTh from 8am-6pm. We are open to a schedule of four days a week at 5 hours a day, or 3 days a week at 7hours a day.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

• Develop and Nurture Relationships:
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, attorneys, and community organizations to increase awareness of our MVA services.
• Act as a liaison between referral sources and Rhodes Chiropractic to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Community Education and Outreach:
• Conduct educational presentations and provide resources about Rhodes Chiropractic’s expertise in MVA care.
• Represent Rhodes Chiropractic at community events, networking meetings, and professional gatherings.
• Market Research:
• Identify new referral opportunities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of local networks.
• Stay informed about MVA care trends and regulations to ensure alignment with best practices.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience necessary. We hire for personality and train for skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle accident care and processes is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
