Role Mission: As a Rhodes Home Service Sales Consultant working in the Rhodes Home Service division, you will be in a constant mode of promoting and selling our services. You will be responsible for converting leads to sales, managing, and growing our customer relationships with home buyers to promote our home services. You will become an expert on our products and our services to uphold the Rhodes company's core values. The Rhodes Home Service Sales Consultant responsibilities are to sell our services to new Esperanza Homes customers.

Accountabilities:
- Take on responsibility for learning the overall home service sales process
- Work in the field engaging in door-to-door sales of services offered by Rhodes Home Services
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through meeting established quotas
- Match customer needs to specific products and services and provide clear information to buyers regarding the full array of home services
- Learn new sales techniques and effectively apply to your customer approach
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations and satisfaction while providing a superior level of customer service during all phases of the sales process
- Attend team meetings and partner with Director of Customer Care to set sales targets, forecasts and goals
- Be part of our team environment and carry out effective communication and coordination of new sales
- Professionally support and assist the Home Service team
- Follow company and department policies regarding conduct and staff performance
- You are willing to perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum: High School Diploma/GED
- 2 Years Door to Door sales experience
- Ability to work on weekends
- Desire to learn and grow in the Home Service industry
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills
- Strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skills
- Customer service-oriented and “customer first” mindset
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation:
- This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay. In addition to the hourly compensation that is structured for this position, there are also opportunities to earn monthly sales commissions and quarterly performance bonuses.

The Home Service Sales Consultant is regularly required to:

- Reach with hands and arms.
- Use hands and fingers to operate tools and other business machines.
- Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
