We are excited to be seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Associate. In this role, you will work with your team members to procure sales for the company in the designated area and be a fundamental part of our overall growth. You must have a strong moral compass and be a GOOD person who enjoys building new relationships, thinking strategically, being collaborative, adapting to change, and having the drive to succeed. The successful candidate will be a leading voice in driving productivity and profitability to accomplish sales targets and drive sustainable, profitable growth aligned to the strategic business plan. 

Procure sales through the provision of excellent customer service and the maintaining and building of rapport with both current and potential client as well as execute processes to maintain organization within existing accounts and throughout set-up of new accounts.

Our Sales Methodology:

What we do is not rocket science. We always focus on putting the buyer’s perspective first and being consultative rather than pushy and pressure focused. This role is primarily listening, understanding, and being helpful to buyers. A large part of selling is education and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

· Achieve annual sales goals outlined by the company and consistently grow our customer base to meet the Company’s financial objectives within your designated area

· Monitors and analyzes educational trends across the designated area

· Increase account sales through proactive outreach within a designated area to prospective customers using the sales process to effectively identify, initiate the appropriate contacts and make sales presentations

· Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand

· Maintain existing business

· Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Focused and goal-oriented

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree 

· Minimum 2 years sales experience in similar industry.

· A valid driver’s license.

· Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Internet browsers.

· Presentation or public speaking experience required. 

· Experience with office equipment to include printer, scanner, projector, speakers, microphone, video screen, sound system, etc.

· Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. 

· Ability to make evaluative judgments, analyze a problem and resolve.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

· Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

· Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to communicate with a wide variety of individuals. 

· Ability to manage data with accuracy.

· Ability to negotiate. 

· Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on additional duties/responsibilities.

· Regular and sustained attendance.

· Strong customer service skills and excellent organizational skills.

· Organized, responsive, analytical, and attentive to detail.

· Strong ethical standards: ability to create trust and integrity with all interactions.

· Up to 75% daily local travel required.
