Rhodes Pools and Patios is a small, family owned and operated, business in Altoona, PA. We specialize in Above Ground, Inground, Installs, Liner Replacements, Sales, Services, Spas, and Water Hauling.
We are currently seeking a professional and skilled Installer/Crew Leader to join our team. The individual we are seeking will manage a variety of tasks in order to complete projects to our rapidly growing company's specifications. Being familiar with installation of above ground and inground swimming pools is a must. Our business is rapidly growing, so the right candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to follow directions.
- Be able to lead and manage a crew effectively and professionally.
- Be able to lift heavy items.
- Be able to operate equipment, such as excavators and skid steers.
- Keep work vehicles clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
***Experience with concrete is a plus too!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
