Patient care specialist with a focus on checking patients in/out during their appointments. Should be friendly and patient-focused. This team member should ensure each patient has a great experience and be responsible for collecting any balance(s) due upon check in/out. Team member should have an attention to detail and be focused on scheduling next appointment(s) for patient and patient's family. The Patient Care Specialist - Check In/Out Coordinator, should be a supporting team member to the treatment coordinator with the ability to present some treatments and discuss financial options for patients.
RESULTS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
-Patient and patient's family has next appointment(s) scheduled
-Same day co-pays are collected and/or any previous balances
-Recare appointments are scheduled
