Engineering Supervisor Responsibilities
• Supervise engineering technicians and locators to support daily operations
• Oversee GIS mapping and application development for utility infrastructure
• Design water and natural gas distribution systems using AutoCAD
• Work with construction teams to ensure seamless integration with infrastructure projects
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards are met
• Conduct system modeling for gas and water distribution to optimize performance
• Develop engineering project plans, including permitting and material procurement
• Assist in drafting bid specifications and contract documents for external projects
Engineering Supervisor Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience required
• 5 years of natural gas and/or water distribution systems experience required
• AutoCAD or Solidworks experience required
• Proficiency with Esri GIS systems required
