Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 10-15% Bonus (based on company performance)

Estimator / Estimating Manager (Millwork exp req) Responsibilities
• Review bid opportunities, qualify projects, and prioritize tasks to meet submission deadlines
• Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to perform accurate take-offs
• Generate RFIs for missing information and resolve scope discrepancies
• Identify subcontracted components and source vendors as needed
• Collaborate with project teams for estimating and project handoffs
• Participate in project kickoff meetings to ensure alignment with the production team
• Maintain vendor pricing updates and ensure accurate cost databases
• Adhere to AWI specifications and integrate specialty materials like veneers into project scopes
• Develop comprehensive project estimates and proposals within required timeframes
• Collaborate with team members during project kickoff meetings
Estimator / Estimating Manager (Millwork exp req) Qualifications
• 2 years of millwork estimating experience required
• Experience with millwork manufacturing processes required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications required
• Knowledge of AWI specifications required
• Proficiency in estimating software and bid platforms required
