- Support Outside Sales Reps with client meetings, quotes, and follow-ups
- Participate in ride-alongs and on-site visits to learn customer needs
- Assist with new business development through prospecting and cold calling
- Learn pricing strategies, material takeoffs, and product recommendations
- Build relationships with contractors and industry professionals
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client concerns
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare to be a full-time Outside Sales Rep role within 6-12 months
