About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Strategic Partnerships & Events Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution of Rhone’s key partnerships, helping to strengthen our brand presence and impact through activations, events, and selling pop-ups. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships, you will assist in coordinating partnership initiatives, managing event logistics, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams and external partners. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for collaboration will be key in supporting Rhone’s strategic growth.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partnership Coordination – Assist in the execution of partnership activations, ensuring all key tasks like media rights, athlete marketing deliverables, branding opportunities, and product allocations are completed on time

  • Event & Activation Support –  Provide supporting planning and carrying out partnership-related events, community activations, and pop-up sales logistics, budget tracking, on-site coordination, and post-event recaps

  • Retail & Pop-Up Support – Support the setup and sales at pop-ups and  events by coordinating inventory, merchandising, and operational needs in collaboration with retail and sales teams.

  • Logistics & Communication – Help manage timelines, coordinate logistics, and support cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, and retail) to ensure seamless organization and execution

  • Account Management Support – Communicate with partners to assist the Senior Manager in relationship management and tracking partnership performance.

  • Performance Tracking – Help gather key performance metrics and feedback from partnership initiatives and events to assess impact and inform future strategy.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 1 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, events, or related roles within the sports, lifestyle, or entertainment industries

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

  • Passion for sports, fitness, and active lifestyle culture

  • Experience in event coordination, retail activations, or selling pop-ups is a plus

  • Willingness to travel for events and activations

Reports to: Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships

Location:  Rhone HQ, Stamford, CT -  Hybrid, 2-3 Days in office with regular travel
