This focus is unique where most senior lenders are managing a large portfolio and rarely have time to be a strategic leader.
Our retained community bank client is fast approaching $1 B in assets in the great state of OH-IO with outstanding capital, and results making this a very attractive role in Western Ohio along the I-75 corridor. Our ideal candidate has outstanding business development, coaching and credit skills refined over several years developing and growing commercial lenders to higher levels of success.
