Our client has surpassed the $850 MM mark and is poised for additional growth and expansion with a very clear focus on culture, and customer service across all business units.
We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Treasury Management Officer to enhance the Bank's market position by identifying and closing business relationships. Responsibilities include managing products, developing a structured calling program for commercial customers, generating referrals and leads, and soliciting business in targeted markets. The officer will also handle marketing, service agreements, product training, and client implementation to meet revenue targets and customer needs. Our ideal candidate is well-connected in Central to Western Berks County and / or Central to Northern Lancaster County.
