Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily rent collections, pursue delinquent accounts, and perform evictions within state and local laws.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain community appearance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage maintenance work orders, enter lead information, and complete guest cards.
- Process and track invoices, maintain petty cash, and manage employee files and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, adhering to corporate standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote community amenities and services.
