- Prepare and cook meal ingredients, dishes, condiments, and other items as directed. Responsibilities :
- Prepare various ingredients to be used in the creation of menu items.
Preparation tasks include washing, cutting, peeling, and portioning in support of appetizer, fry, and pantry stations; sauté, and grill stations depending on experience.
Note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages.
