Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned personal lines P&C customers, exercising discretion and independent judgement. This position is also responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention, account rounding and collaboration within the department and organization by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Interacts with various staff to assure prompt superior service to both external and internal clients
- Maintains all aspects of the insurance program
- Promotes customer retention through account review and account rounding; re-marketing accounts when necessary
- Complies with client service deliverable standards
- Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively under tight deadlines
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or equivalent, preferred
- Texas P&C License required
- 3-5 years retail insurance agency experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary : $55,000 - $74,000
