Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Supervise administrative staff and support team management efforts.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle calendar management for executive staff, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with medical office management standards if applicable.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience in payroll processing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
