Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly
Job Summary: The Shipping Clerk is responsible for processing all orders in a timely manner from start to finish, including pulling, verifying and packing.
Major Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Pulling, verifying and packing customer orders within the specified timeframe.
· Minimizing shipping errors by accurately counting products and avoiding damage by ensuring that items are correctly packed.
· Organizing and keeping work area clean to maximize productivity.
· Contacting customers when additional information or payment is needed.
· Stocking assigned areas on a daily basis.
· Tagging unpriced items.
· Sweeping work area and taking out the trash at the end of the shift or as needed.
· Load and unload trucks as instructed and required by workload.
· Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Preferred qualifications: HS Education or GED 1-2 years of retail or warehouse experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
