Customer Service Attendant- Car Wash

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding services offered.
• Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in the facility, including buffing floors and cleaning windows.
• Operate car wash equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring a thorough clean for each vehicle.
• Provide support with window tinting services as needed, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Drive vehicles as required for service completion while adhering to safety protocols.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
• Maintain an organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are readily available for use.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with custodial tasks and equipment operation is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail is essential to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance duties.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving vehicles during service operations.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to car wash and detailing services are essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $11.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
