Job Summary:

We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate who is responsible for picks, packs, and shipping of products to customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks products.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Constantly demonstrates and preserves the Core Values of Rhythm Healthcare.

2. Transports incoming and outgoing products to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish tasks including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack etc.

3. Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products.

4. Sorts and places products on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.

5. Picks, packs, and ships products.

6. Processes all packages for shipping; processes returned products.

7. Conducts physical inventory counts

8. Maintains a safe, clean working environment.

9. Participates in quality improvement efforts.

10. Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.

11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· 1 - 2 years of related experience or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

· Frequently required to stand, walk, and utilize hand and finger dexterity.

· Moderate work occasionally working in difficult position and/or with physical demands such as continuously lifting/moving products from 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting/moving products greater than 50 pounds.
