JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative to grow the Upper Midwest territory for Rhythm Healthcare. This role promotes respiratory and durable medical equipment to healthcare service providers (DME Service providers, specialty physicians, and physical therapists). This position is ideal for someone experienced in promoting respiratory and DME products to healthcare professionals.
Ideal individual is creative, energetic and passionate about sales, equally able to build new business through cold calling and prospecting while providing excellent service to existing accounts, helping them grow through regular business reviews. Must have a demonstrable impressive track record in B2B outside sales (3 years).
SALES TERRITORY :
The territory includes Minnesota and Wisconsin. Up to 40% overnight travel is to be expected.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Sources, builds and maintains strong, long-standing relationships with customers using inbound and outbound strategies.
- Researches prospective customers and identifies key players to generate interest and new business.
- Identifies sales strategies that will result in exceeding performance expectations and revenue goals.
- Manages creation and presentation of quotations as well as product and service information.
- Maintains an understanding and awareness of product knowledge, competitive market, industry trends.

- Perform other duties as required to meet the business needs of the company.

Compensation reflected in this posting is a combination of salary and bonus / commissions. It is the target compensation for the first year, at plan achievements. A complete benefits package plus phone and auto allowances are also provided.
