What are the responsibilities and job description for the Market Research Analyst position at RHYTHM LIFE AND ART GROUP LLC?
Will collect and analyze data on current and potential buyers or tenants demographics, preference, needs and buying and leasing habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting real estate leasing and buying demand at present and near future. Conduct research on our tenants opinion and satisfaction survey for our management and related services. Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising and other promotion activities. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data include surveys, opinion pols and questionnaires. Gather data of the competitors and analyze their leasing rate, terms and methods of marketing or promotion strategies. Prepare reports of findings illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings to written text. Minimum job requirements : A bachelor's degree in Business administration or marketing or Economics or Philosophy. Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Must have strong analytical, detail oriented, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
