Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting guests with any inquiries or needs they may have.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and restaurant areas to ensure a pleasant environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of culinary offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Previous experience in restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
