Marketing Product Specialist Summary

Do you have a passion for crafting compelling marketing campaigns that drive real results? Rhythmlink is hiring a Marketing Product Specialist to join our small but mighty team. If you're a creative, data-driven marketer with experience in campaign execution, end-to-end product marketing and performance optimization, we want to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate has a blend of creative, analytical and project management skills to deliver successful campaigns from conception to completion.

In this role you would be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the day-to-day tasks of marketing campaigns for Rhythmlink's full line of Neurodiagnostic products. You'll find every opportunity for growth, positioning Rhythmlink using a blend of digital and in-person communication channels such as advertising, tradeshows, webinars, and more, working with other team members to ensure campaign assets and deliverables, or owning logistics as needed.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Strategist, as well as the Senior Product Marketing Manager, to define campaign goals, target audiences and messaging, ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns to support new product releases with an emphasis on lead generation, reporting on the success of each campaign and optimizing as you go.

General Summary of the Position

The Marketing Product Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting Rhythmlink's Sales and Marketing initiatives. This position will manage Rhythmlink's existing product portfolio and focuses on the creation, management, and optimization of innovative and strategic marketing campaigns with an emphasis on lead generation. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Coordinator, and the broader Sales and Marketing team.

  • Must be able to use typical office equipment including, but not limited to, telephone, fax machine, copier, and computer.
  • May be required to lift items up to 25 pounds in weight
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
  • Ability to legally operate a vehicle and have reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 25% on weekdays and some weekends, and when needed
  • Ability to complete all paperwork accurately and timely
  • Must be able to set up and break down tradeshow displays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time at tradeshow events

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and think critically about campaign goals and outcomes, taking an end-to-end approach on downstream product strategy
  • Collaborate on commercial launch planning initiatives including product messaging, positioning, competitive comparisons, data requirements for claims development, and call point expansion engagement requirements.
  • Drive segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, branding, and collateral to support innovative and high-impact launch of new products.
  • Develops and implements channel plan for customer education and engagement programs to include product education, peer-to-peer engagement, speakers bureau, customer advisory boards, and VOC.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high impact events, including meetings, tradeshows and other physician educational events. Strategy to include program selection, budget, and value measurement.
  • Liaise with various departments (ex : marketing, sales, R&D, regulatory and quality) to ensure alignment on messaging and strategies and develop talk tracks for field sales team and implements training program to ensure salesforce alignment to product messaging and positioning.
  • Lead the execution of product launch strategies with input from key internal stakeholders, tracking ROI and optimizing campaigns in real time.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Supports field sales customer engagement programs at territory and regional level.
  • Maintains a solid understanding of the market by monitoring market intelligence, competitive activity, trends or changes that will impact the business; collaborates on content creation, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience and recommends actions to maximize opportunities.
  • Competency in using analytics tools to track campaign success and optimize performance.
  • Able to understand highly technical products and translate into a simple and clear value proposition that drive changes in customer behavior
  • Manage sales collateral process and sales force needs.
  • Effective and highly responsive communication with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Education, Training, and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area of study from accredited
  • college or university
  • 3 years of experience in a product marketing role, with a track record of successful product launches. Experience in the medical or healthcare industry a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, digital marketing tools, content creation etc., Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience planning and coordinating tradeshows, meetings and events is a plus
