About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the fearless leader of our property claims team—guiding, coaching, and ensuring our claimants get the service they deserve. From evaluating claims to leading catastrophe response efforts, you’ll be at the center of the action, making a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Leading and mentoring an awesome team of property adjusters
✅ Overseeing claim investigations, adjustments, and settlements
✅ Tackling complex claims with expert-level strategy and finesse
✅ Keeping claims in check by managing expenses, reserves, and losses
✅ Attending mediations and legal proceedings like a true negotiator
✅ Providing top-tier customer service while working with policyholders, attorneys, and adjusters
✅ Reviewing policies, state laws, and claims procedures like a detective on the case
✅ Training and developing team members to be the best in the business
✅ Preparing for catastrophe response efforts (because you’re always ready for action!)
What You Bring to the Table
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred (but experience can be your secret weapon!)
Active Claims Adjuster License
2 years of experience leading a team of property claims examiners
Deep knowledge of property claims processes, legal lingo, and insurance practices
Experience with Xactimate/XactAnalysis/XactNet (Tech-savvy? Bonus points! )
Strong communication and customer service skills—because you make things happen!
