We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead our sales team in our Central Division, composed of (4) Regional Managers, (1) Business Development Manager and (15 ) Territory Managers / Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate would reside in major markets Central United States. Preference will be given to candidates residing in : Chicago, Il (no remote opportunities available). The ideal candidate has language proficiency in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- The Sales Director has accountability for the P&L, responsibility for maximizing market penetration and profitable transaction volumes and line management of the sales team
- The position has responsibility for setting sales targets, directing and delivering on strategies to grow transaction, revenue and EBIT and identifying service quality areas for improvement
- Achieves individual sales goals and leads the sales team utilizing the company's marketing and sales philosophies and techniques to successfully achieve sales goals
- Establishes and maintains a high-performing team environment where a collaborative and supportive setting leads to achieving and exceeding sales goals and objectives

Salary : The base salary range for this position is from $100K-$115K. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
