The District Manager will be responsible for the execution of sales targets that extend to new customer acquisitions and retention of customers. As a District Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and will play a key role in growing sales, transactions, and volume in your assigned region.

Responsibilities
- Execute quarterly planned strategic plans within the assigned region in the areas of marketing, sales, and revenue and operational control & expenses
- Responsible for the supervision of staff and operational requirements of several branch/retail locations
- Oversee monthly schedules for the assigned region in terms of labor hours and work schedules
- Responsible for evaluating candidates and help process new hires and documentation
- Manage communications with customers, employees and other personnel in writing
- Observe, motivate and train staff to have knowledge of company policies, money service business regulations, remittance payments, checks and other services offered
- Grow current and new branch business through grassroot promotions
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned
- Expand our network through business expansion and business acquisitions that will need to be approved by upper management (small business, supermarket chains)
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelors degree (or higher) from an accredited university or college preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Work schedule availability including the ability to work weekends
- Possess experience supervising employees, motivating the team and conducting disciplinary action
- Ability to travel within assigned territory daily, have a valid driver license, reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the company and state law
- The key characteristics this individual must possess are excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrates initiative and great phone etiquette
- Basic knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of Money Transfer Industry a plus
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees within the company and work well with others or independently
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small or large group situation
- Ability to work from branch locations and travel to assigned territory daily
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time as a driver in an automobile
- Ability to visit branches and work in tight places to install equipment from to time time
