As Territory Manager in Long Island, you will be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing retail Ria Agents to increase transaction volume and gross profit.
- You will identify new prospective Agents and manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and conducting presentations.
- Meet and exceed monthly activation targets for new Agents.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new Agents, including application submission, installation, and training. Training and supporting new and existing Agents, assisting them with troubleshooting equipment, providing Agents with point-of-sale materials and ensuring they receive the necessary training.
- Manage the assigned network of agents and work to grow transaction volume sustainably.
- Increase sales and market share for existing products, i.e., money transfers, bill payments.
- Analyze company reports and market data to address performance trends and capitalize on opportunities for new and existing Agents in your territory.
- Provide data-driven recommendations regarding product pricing and Agent commissions.
- Regularly visit top-performing Agents in your territory, monitor their performance against monthly targets, identify training needs, assess customer dynamics, and foster sustainable relationships.
- Develop and execute both self-initiated and assigned marketing plans to support transaction growth.
- Collaborate with various departments at headquarters to ensure that Agents comply with company policies, compliance guidelines, and procedures.
Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales/business development experience, cold calling and selling products or services.
- You understand our industry and have some experience developing relationships with local independent retailers within the assigned territory.
- You are bilingual in English and Spanish.
- You have excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- You can travel within the assigned territory daily, have a valid work permit and driver's license with a reliable owned automobile transportation (car allowance provided), and must be able to maintain an acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage.
- Available on weekends to participate in community and marketing events and troubleshoot retail agents' requests.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills, self-motivated, and works well under no supervision.
- You can work from the office, from home, and travel to the assigned territory as needed.
- You have the ability to sit and drive for prolonged periods of time, can lift a maximum of 11.3 kilograms/ 25 pounds and work in tight places to install equipment or marketing materials.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000, and the actual starting salary may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
