Investment Operations Associate

This position will be permanently remote. We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace that you can work comfortably full time. This position is open to candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.

• Salary range of $65K-85K, based on experience

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Trade and rebalance client investment accounts
• Provide client focused investment solutions to advisors
• Allocate new cash into client investments and generate cash for distributions
• Analyze and make recommendations on which mutual funds and ETFs to incorporate in model portfolios
• Conduct investment analysis reviews for existing clients
• Analyze new clients’ existing holding and incorporate our recommendations
• Organize, prepare for, and lead quarterly investment committee meetings
• Maintain and Manage investment software subscriptions (YCharts, Morningstar, Commonwealth Systems)
• Reporting – Client portfolio reporting as needed, maintain client portals, run cash deposit, distribution, and rebalance reports

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a financial planning firm working with investments
• Adept and skilled with technology, 3^rd party software, and the use of Microsoft Office products (advanced Excel user required)
• Ability to travel to our office in Warren, NJ for 1-2 days semi-annually, and for an initial 2-week training period
• Experience with Commonwealth Financial Network or Advisor360 technology and systems is NOT required but is a big plus!
• Experience with investment-related software is a plus (Example: Morningstar, YCharts, Etc.)

The Process:

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance, you will be invited for an interview with the Tupler Financial Team. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
